Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice (Additional Learning Support)

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated apprentice to begin their career within a supportive and friendly college environment. As an ALS Administrative Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the Additional Learning Support (ALS) team, helping to ensure students receive the right support to succeed in their learning. The role offers a broad introduction to college administration, giving you hands‐on experience of office systems, processes and day‐to‐day operations. You will develop valuable workplace skills in administration, organisation and customer service, while gaining confidence in professional communication both face‐to‐face and in writing. You will work closely with staff and external stakeholders, providing a welcoming first point of contact and representing the College in a positive and professional way. As part of the role, you will support the organisation of student and college events, contribute to a busy office environment, and learn how different teams work together to support learners. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is well‐organised, friendly and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks. You will be supported to develop your skills in Microsoft Office, communication and teamwork, building a strong foundation for future roles in administration, education or support services.
