Glascott are seeking a Team Leader for our high-performing and friendly team covering the Newcastle region.

Responsibilities include:
* Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
* Client liaison and relationship building
* Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
* Hands on maintenance inclusive of operating ride on mowers
Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:
* Pest and disease identification
* Hedging and weeding
* Machinery operation, care, and maintenance
About you:
* Sports Turf Maintenance (highly regarded)
* Valid white card
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
