We are seeking a highly skilled and client‐focused Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role is key in driving the strategic direction, delivery, and success of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with both client expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing and creating application architecture by translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure solutions that align with strategic objectives.
* Articulate design considerations, trade‐offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture in a variety of forums, including Architectural Governance meetings, Internal Quality Assurance reviews and stakeholder interactions.
* Design architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce Clouds—including Sales, Service, Marketing, Tableau, Experience—and include integration and authentication across systems.
* Provide robust leadership, including facilitation of team and client meetings and delivery of constructive feedback.
* Provide guidance on Salesforce security best practices, integration patterns, development and coding standards.
* Manage the development lifecycle to ensure delivery of highly secure, performance‐optimised solutions built to scale.
* Consistently adhere to development best practices and standards, including use of source control (Git, GitHub) and Salesforce DX tooling.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
* 2+ years of experience with OmniStudio (required).
* Extensive experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce development.
* Hands‐on experience with Web services and integration.
* Extensive experience developing Lightning Components—both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and custom Lightning Components.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience creating Workflow, Process Builder, and Approval processes.
* Experience developing data models within Salesforce.
* Understanding of UX and UI design principles.
* Experience with external system callouts via Salesforce.
* Good experience with SOQL and SOSL.
* Exposure to LWC.
* Functional knowledge of Sales, Service, and Community modules.
* Exposure to version control and continuous integration via Bitbucket or GitHub.
* Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50% of the workday.
* Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analysing data, transcribing/typing, viewing a computer, and extensive reading.
