About the role
This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality marketing across Australia and New Zealand, while helping evolve the function into a more commercially mature, globally connected and technology‐enabled operating model.
We're a global education recruitment business, connecting schools and early learning centres with the educators, teaching assistants and leaders who support them, working across both sides to create the right match, every time.
You'll lead a team of three and partner closely with global marketing specialists to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, aligned locally, and delivering measurable commercial impact.
In this role, you will:
* Own the delivery of marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand
* Lead, coach and develop a team of 3, creating clarity, rhythm, accountability and growth
* Build a high‐performance culture by setting expectations, providing feedback, and addressing performance or behavioural gaps when needed
* Translate global campaigns into locally relevant, high‐performing activity
* Partner with ANZ business leaders to align marketing with commercial priorities
* Drive lead generation, engagement and brand presence across key channels
* Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through AI, automation, data and Martech capability
* Improve marketing workflows, reporting, campaign optimisation and operational efficiency
* Monitor performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through insight and data

About you
* You're an experienced marketing leader who has successfully led teams through growth, change or uplift
* You know how to create accountability and performance standards while still building strong, trusted relationships
* You're comfortable having direct conversations around priorities, expectations and delivery when required
* You've genuinely improved marketing capability through the use of AI, automation, CRM, Martech or smarter systems and processes
* You balance strategic thinking with a willingness to stay close to execution
* You bring commercial acumen and care about outcomes, not just activity
* You're organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities and stakeholders
* You enjoy building alignment, bringing people with you, and helping teams grow
