Program Overview
Our two‑year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we’ll help you detangle any challenges along the way. For Civil graduates, we’ve got a great opportunity in our Civil and Roads team based in Sunshine Coast! You will be involved in:
Responsibilities
- Your focus in this role will be supporting and working alongside the team delivering a variety of projects across Transport, Property & Buildings, Water, and Energy markets.
- Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in supporting the team to deliver general Civil Infrastructure and Roads projects, and making a valued contribution to these major projects.
- Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, assessments, calculations, technical reports, designs, specifications, quantities, proposals and presentations.
- Inspections and observations of construction phase services (subject to review by instructing Engineers).
Qualifications
- Will graduate by December 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an interest in Roads.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication is required to effectively express technical information to multiple audiences including subcontractors, clients, colleagues, etc.
- Robust technical writing, data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Valid full driver’s license and is comfortable with long‑distance and off‑road driving (training will be provided).
- Must be an Australian Citizen.

- Psychometric assessments: These quick tests give us a glimpse into how you like to work and your strengths in relation to the role, complementing what we learn during your interview.
- Offer: Congratulations! If you’re successful, we’ll talk through all the finer details, like salary, your start date and our background checking process.
