This role involves designing user-centric web and mobile experiences to drive conversions, reinforce brand identity, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-fidelity wireframes & mock-ups aligned with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and analysts to ensure content accuracy and messaging clarity.
* Maintain consistent visual hierarchy, spacing, and accessibility best practices.
* Analyze data from Google Analytics, heatmaps, and Clarity / Hotjar recordings to improve layouts, navigation, and CTAs.
* Conduct market analysis for inspiration and differentiation.
* Translate marketing and SEO requirements into designs.
* Design conversion-focused landing pages with clear CTAs.
* Document design rationale for developers.
