Key Responsibilities
* Deliver security and safety by undertaking static/patrolling duties, responding to emergencies, and coordinating a security presence.
* Ensure the protection of assigned premises through monitoring and controlling access points.
* Assess and respond effectively to situations of risk, providing critical support to stakeholders.
* Develop effective relationships with visitors, patrons, and site management through clear communication.
* Investigate incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets.
* Responding to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, in a timely and professional manner.
* Critically assessing and responding to situations of risk, using judgment and discretion to minimize harm and prevent incidents.
* Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including visitors, patrons, and site management, to ensure seamless operations and resolve conflicts.
* Investigating incidents and preparing thorough reports to document events and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. A background in security or law enforcement is highly desirable but not essential.
