Project Director - Cladding Replacement Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with extensive experience in cladding works and remediation to lead our project from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the replacement of timber cladding with aluminium, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Description:
The Project Director will work closely with a Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor to develop detailed programmes and schedules for accurate progress tracking. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. A driving licence is required for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Highly experienced in cladding works and remediation with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
* Strong understanding of budgets (P&L) and cost management
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Driving Licence required
* Background in social housing preferred
