Gardener/Grounds Maintenance Team member
TNA Lawn Care is a family-owned business operating for over thirteen years in Southeast Queensland. With multiple runs and a close team of 11 staff we maintain multi-unit complexes, private homes and some of the largest commercial sites in the region.
About the Role : We are seeking a passionate and experienced gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves maintaining and enhancing Properties, including lawn care, garden makeovers, and light landscaping. If you love working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, this position is perfect for you. You will be reporting to a leading hand who are easy going and value hard work, reliability and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, weed control, planting, pruning, and general garden upkeep.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure safe work practices.
- Keep accurate records of time and work through our CRM.
- Communicate professionally with clients and members of the public.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in gardening or landscaping with strong plant and gardening knowledge.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license.
- Upon accepting a job offer, the applicant must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Police Check.
