Security Guard – We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, and enthusiastic customer and safety-focused Security Guard. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, the purpose of the Security Guard position is to provide for the safety and security of persons, premises, and assets of the site, whilst providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and stakeholders.
12‐Hour Shifts | (Days & Nights)
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
* Conduct regular foot patrols of the site and its assets
* Perform unlock and lock up of access points within the site
* Monitoring of alarms and CCTV systems
* Incident response, resolution, and reporting
* Management of contractors and visitors onsite
* Issuing and management of keys and access cards
Qualifications
* WA Security Licence
* Current First Aid certificate
* Certificate 2/3 in Security Operations
* WA Full Driver's Licence is a must
* Must have CCTV and access control experience
* Proven experience in Security gatehouse work (not essential) but preferred
* Current knowledge of work health and safety and risk management practices
* Knowledge of current industry standards and requirements
* Highly developed customer service skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proven ability to understand, interpret and follow policies, procedures, and instructions
* High level of computer skills (including all Microsoft products)
