You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in single-family homes, multi-family units, and residential remodel projects.
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, fixtures, outlets, and equipment in residential structures
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to ensure compliant installations
* Diagnose electrical issues and perform effective troubleshooting and repairs
* Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, and new construction wiring
* Ensure all work meets local, state, and electrical code requirements
* Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
* Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment
* Train and mentor apprentices when needed
Requirements
* Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Arkansas)
* 3+ years of residential electrical experience
* Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight environments
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Strong communication and customer-service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
