Team Lead Position
We seek a highly skilled Team Leader who excels at inspiring and motivating teams, with a strong desire to advance their career in strata and people management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leading and motivating a small team by providing daily operational support.
* Collaborating with the Branch Manager on goal setting and monitoring progress.
* Sustaining team development through recognizing successes, learning from mistakes, ensuring compliance, overseeing quality control, and delivering coaching and training.
* Managing staff by fostering an open culture, handling leave requests, and conducting regular 1:1 conversations.
* Addressing performance issues and partnering with HR for hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
* Managing an individual portfolio of buildings, adjusted for Team Leader duties, including providing backup meeting support and coordinating holiday leave arrangements.
