Program Leadership Opportunity
This is a unique chance to spearhead Engineering, Fabrication and Locksmithing programs across multiple campuses. You'll provide strategic direction and support to a dedicated teaching team, drive innovation in delivery, and ensure programs remain relevant, compliant, and future-focused – shaping great outcomes for both students and staff.
* Provide academic and educational leadership across Engineering, Fabrication and Locksmithing
* Coordinate timetables, workloads, and resources to ensure smooth program delivery
* Support and develop staff to build strong, cohesive teams
* Oversight of Training & Assessment Strategies (TAS) and audit requirements
* Strengthen industry connections and validate programs for workforce needs
* Monitor budgetary allocations and contribute to long-term planning
* Drive continuous improvement and high-quality student outcomes
Key Requirements
* A trade qualification in Engineering, Fabrication or Locksmithing
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in vocational education, with leadership or coordination responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of RTO compliance and vocational education policy
* Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and support teaching teams
* Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
