Maintenance – Operator Production Maintenance
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Technology Technician to join our winning team. The position is permanent full time, working a dayshift lifestyle roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
* Follow maintenance and service plans for Operational Technology systems within the weekly maintenance plan process as instructed by the Operational Technology Engineer
* Conduct day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of OT systems including CAS (Collision Awareness System) and PCN communication systems
* Promote and maintain a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values.
* Promote positive relationships with our stakeholders & community
* Take all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment
Qualifications
* Electric trade qualification
* Experience with open cut mining fleet management systems (i.e. Leica, Modular, Guardvant, VIMs) desirable
* Experience in working with heavy earthmoving machinery and programmable logic control systems desirable
* Demonstrates self-leadership, positive attitude, unwavering commitment to proactive and effective work
* Ability to follow a plan and resilience to adapt to constantly changing environment
* Willingness to contribute to a winning team while focusing on personal and professional development
