We are on the hunt for our next staff member to join our team. If you're keen to join a high performance admin team then look no further. We are looking to hire someone on a fulltime basis in a work from home capacity.

We place great emphasis on customer service, so we are looking for someone who is confident, and committed to going above and beyond in all aspects of their work.

We service a wide variety of industries and clients throughout Australia. Be the first point of contact for our amazing clients, handle their inbound calls, email communications, appointments, bookings and anything else they need.

IMPORTANT: Whilst this role is a work from home role, please note that you must reside in the Far North Coast area for ease of staff meet ups and collection of equipment.

What's the role?

- Answering incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Providing administration and secretarial support to others clients, as required
- Working as a collaborative team to service our clients

What we would love you to bring?

- Experience in a previous receptionist or admin assistant role
- Excellent phone manner
- Friendly and versatile attitude
- Microsoft office computer skills
- An ability to think on your feet. This is a MUST HAVE skill.
- An ability to learn a wide variety of software programs
- Be comfortable in a constantly changing role
