We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team on a full time, hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work in our Melbourne, VIC office or remotely from home.
In this role, you will lead and manage interior design projects, from conceptual design through to final delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop creative design solutions and prepare technical drawings and documentation.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead and manage project teams through all stages of the design process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in interior design, including space planning, material selection, and aesthetic direction.
Advanced technical skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to design challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in workplace or commercial design projects is highly preferred.
Solid communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
