**Role**: Customer Consulting Lead

**Our Products**:
**RegPlatform** is a technology platform that streamlines regulatory change management. It provides firms with a one-stop, continuously maintained inventory of global regulations, with effortless horizon scanning, integration capabilities and workflow management. RegPlatform combines industry leading AI technology with expert validated insights to simplify the complexities of multi-jurisdictional regulatory content.

**Role mission**:
We serve some of the largest financial institutions globally and are expanding our footprint very fast. You'll be consulting with clients across the three lines of defense on how best to establish and optimise compliance, risk management and internal control frameworks through the use of CUBE's RegPlatform.

**Responsibilities**:
The Customer Consulting Lead has direct responsibility for the following:

- Provide clients with advice on designing and implementing risk and compliance operating models and processes by leveraging CUBE's RegPlatform functionality.
- Nurture client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes through the end-to-end customer lifecycle:

- Assist in opportunity pursuits and establish and build relationships with prospective customers through the sharing of best practice to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
- Assist customers and CUBE's Project Leads throughout the end-to-end implementation projects from initial customer profiling, gathering and delivering requirements, etc to full business readiness.
- Once customers are in BAU, deliver high-quality advice on how to optimize the value and efficiency from CUBE's services and capabilities.

**What **we're looking for**:

- At least 4 years' experience in regulatory consulting functions within the financial services sector. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks would be a distinct advantage.
- We would value deep domain expertise in the design and implementation of compliance / legal / risk management operating models for multi-jurisdictional financial services firms
- Extensive experience with regulatory compliance processes (e.g. horizon scanning, impact assessment, regulatory change delivery, etc)
- Proven-track record working in consulting for regulatory-driven initiatives would be highly desirable
- Experience working with data models, regulatory mapping, taxonomies, data lineage, etc
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Ability to facilitate workshops and elicit business requirements with mínimal supervision
- Prior experience working in consulting firms delivering compliance advisory services would also be a distinct advantage

**Interpersonal skills**:

- Ability to produce and deliver high quality technical analysis, using excellent oral / written communication skills and demonstrating breadth and depth of knowledge
- Solutions-driven mindset and problem-solving skills
- Positive and flexible attitude to work and a willingness to embrace new initiatives.
- Ability to build trust by doing the right thing and commitment to rigorous professional standards
- Organised and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric propositions
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration across a wide spectrum of colleagues, including internationally. A proven track record of working with offshore teams would be a major benefit.
- High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure
- A demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusiveness
Academic experience:

- Professional certifications in Risk and Compliance topics and frameworks would be highly valued
