Job Description
As a Counter Specialist, you will contribute to the sales growth of the store by delivering excellent customer service, while ensuring compliance with core policy and procedures. Your tasks include:
* Contributing to improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed.
* Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers, and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
* Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes.
Qualifications
* Positive can‐do attitude.
* Results‐driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
* Strong multi‐tasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
* Background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal but not essential).
