This is a full‐time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. About the Role
As the incoming Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
* Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
* Completing all post‐completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry applications
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
You'll be working as part of a friendly, experienced property team with excellent administrative support in place.
About You
This role is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEX) with between 3 and 5 years' post‐qualification experience. You'll be able to demonstrate:
* Strong experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
* The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A proactive and organized approach to managing a busy caseload
* A collaborative attitude and commitment to team success
* Familiarity with case management systems and a confident IT user
