Zweck is the internal Group Services division supporting Aizer Group — a growing building services business delivering high-volume insurance and strata works across Queensland. Our business runs on efficient systems, consistent processes and strong operational discipline across a large volume of projects. The Role
We\'re on the lookout for an organised, switched-on operator to join our team as an Office Administrator/All-Rounder. You\'ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning and the go-to when something needs fixing, finding, ordering, or organising.
This isn\'t a glued-to-your-desk role. It\'s variety, pace, and the satisfaction of knowing nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You\'ll be supporting the team across office operations, facilities, asset management, and day-to-day coordination.
We\'re open to full-time or part-time across five days - this could be a great fit if you\'re looking to work school hours. Total hours are negotiable for the right candidate.
What We\'re Looking For

A natural organiser who keeps things moving without being asked twice
Friendly, proactive, and comfortable chatting with everyone from apprentices to senior managers
Confident with systems and processes and willing to adapt to new ways of working
Genuinely curious about AI tools and automation - we use tools like Claude actively, and we want someone who leans in rather than opts out. You don\'t need to be technical, but you do need a mindset of \"how can we do this smarter?\".
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Managing office resources - supplies, uniforms (stock control, ordering and distribution), stationery, and general consumables through our Woolworths and Officeworks accounts
* IT asset management -- maintaining asset registers, drawing up IT Asset Agreements, and coordinating MDM/security setup on company tablets and devices
* Managing Telstra and office facility accounts
* Vehicle administration -- drawing up Motor Vehicle Agreements, coordinating e-Tag and fuel card provisioning for assigned vehicles
* Facilitating applications for new and renewal of company licences
* Facilities coordination -- managing maintenance, repairs, and keeping the office running
* Coordinating staff events, training sessions, and team communications
* Providing administrative HSEQ support
* Subcontractor governance administrative support
* Supporting onboarding logistics -- getting the practical stuff sorted so new starters hit the ground running
* Mail collection and distribution, printing, and general office administration
* Providing admin support to the senior leadership team as required
* Contributing to internal audits as required
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience in a busy office, admin or coordination role
* Exposure to construction, trades or field-based teams
* Any hands-on experience with AI tools in a work context is a real bonus
