The Buildings Places Global Business Line is seeking a Critical Pursuits Director to support capturing major new business opportunities across the region.
* Lead capture strategy across key opportunities, including win-strategy development, proposal leadership and client positioning.
* Build strong trusted relationships with clients and partners, deepening AECOM's presence in the market.
* Champion excellence in technical leadership, commercial insight, innovation, ESG integration and digital approaches.
* Mentor and develop capture and pursuit teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and high performance.
* Contribute to strategic business planning, market-growth initiatives and enterprise-wide collaboration across regions.
