We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Branch Assistant to join our successful team at Tradelink Muswellbrook. About the Role: As a Branch Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers, guiding them through product selections, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they receive top-notch service. Your role will be a mix of customer interaction, sales support, and relationship management. Your responsibilities : Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders. Picking, packing, and dispatching orders. Sales processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups. Stock control, cycle counting, and general housekeeping. Supporting the showroom team and nearby branches as needed. What you’ll need to succeed: You’re a team player with a can-do attitude, who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’ll bring: Physical fitness: You’ll be on your feet, lifting and shifting throughout the day. Industry Experience: Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial. Warehouse Experience: You will have experience working in a similar environment. Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture. Strong Communication: You’ll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service. Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence: A car licence is required.
