We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Tenement Administration Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent administrative skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support and client services, including the preparation and quality assurance of documentation. They will also serve as the initial point of contact for clients, offering relevant information and directing complex inquiries to the appropriate officer or manager.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to MRT, incorporating the preparation and quality assurance of documentation.
* Serve as the initial point of contact for MRT clients, offering relevant information and directing complex inquiries to the appropriate officer or manager.
* Oversee and manage email inquiries and incoming physical mail for MRT, ensuring proper document control, record keeping and delivery of timely response and follow-up.
* Ensure document management and records management systems are maintained in strict adherence to MRT guidelines.
* Support data entry and upkeep of information databases, including the Mining Register.
* Provide tenement administration services to individual clients and the industry.
* Process payments for MRT services and products, providing support to the Finance Officer and Team Manager as needed.
