About Us Qualitas Health is a fast-growing healthcare network operating across 50 locations nationwide, spanning GP, Radiology, Dental, and Occupational Health. Our marketing team plays a central role in driving patient acquisition, referrer engagement, and brand authority, at scale. The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our North Sydney team and help execute the marketing initiatives that power growth across our network. This is a role for someone who loves getting things done, coordinating campaigns, supporting digital and SEO execution, working closely with practice teams, assisting with event preparation and finding smarter ways to do it all using AI and automation. You’ll sit within a team that thinks strategically about how trust, credibility, and market authority are built in healthcare, and you’ll be a key part of delivering on that. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our network Assisting with local area marketing (LAM) to drive patient growth at the practice level Contributing to website updates, SEO strategy, content delivery, and online booking optimisation Supporting emerging search strategies including GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) Using tools like Semrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using AI tools and automation Acting as a reliable point of contact for Practice Managers and operational stakeholders Helping ensure brand consistency across all patient and referrer touchpoints Supporting performance tracking across platforms including HubSpot and Birdeye Supporting events with list and collateral management What We’re Looking For 5 years in a marketing coordinator or executive role Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects Experience across digital channels, email, social, web Excellent stakeholder communication skills High attention to detail and a strong execution mindset Highly regarded: SEO experience and hands-on use of Semrush Familiarity with GEO/AEO concepts Exposure to CRM platforms (especially HubSpot) Interest in AI tools and marketing automation Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments is a bonus.
