Qualifications
* Exceptional 1‐on‐1 selling skills with outstanding customer service experience
* Proven record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Flexible to cover a seven‐day store roster
Responsibilities
* Create professional and personalised service to help customers find ideal jewellery pieces
* Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
* Complete in‐house training to stay current with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
* Perform operational tasks: stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
