Inside Sales and Customer Service Professional
Job Description: The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service or retail. Previous car rental experience is a plus.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
* Process rental agreements efficiently and accurately.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods to note any damages.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets by maintaining knowledge of current promotions, services, and products.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Detailed and clean vehicles to business quality standards.
* Refuel and transport vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
* Car rental experience is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
* Computer literacy skills required.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
