Leadership Opportunity in Tasmanian Aged Care
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Leader to oversee the care and well-being of our residents in our Tasmanian Aged Care facility.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with at least 4 years of experience in Aged Care to lead a team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic leader who is able to foster collaborative relationships among caregivers and patients, develop and implement effective care plans, and lead clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
