About The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full‐time basis.
Our Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting portfolio growth through new opportunities. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting these activities while developing your understanding of the local market. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and a positive attitude, you'll help maintain client relationships and respond to their needs. Backed by the Elders network, you'll be supported to learn, develop, and grow your career in property management.
Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
* Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
* Debtor management
* Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
* Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
* Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About You
* Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders
* No industry experience necessary
* Hold a current driver's licence
* Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals
* Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
* Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
