Motion Industrial Solutions is seeking a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to take ownership of a key territory in Rutheford and the surrounding region. In this role you will be the face of Motion for your customers, building trusted relationships, understanding operational challenges and delivering tailored solutions that drive value, retention, and territory growth.
About the Role
* Build strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders
* Develop and execute customized account plans
* Drive customer retention and increase share of wallet
* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion's full product and service offering
* Lead territory sales initiatives and ensure sales-budge targets are achieved
* Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
* Monitor performance against quotas and implement corrective actions where required
What You Bring
* Proven experience managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in account strategy development and solution selling
* Collaboration across functions to deliver tailored customer solutions
* Strong commercial acumen, able to analyze market trends and customer insights
* Formal business or sales qualifications are beneficial but not essential
