Job Title: HME Maintenance Superintendent
Lead the maintenance team at Peak Downs Mine in the Bowen Basin, overseeing daily operations for a large fleet of heavy mining equipment. Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes while fostering strong client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar HME maintenance leadership role within mining
* Trade qualification in Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitting or relevant engineering discipline (desirable)
* Strong understanding of Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar fleet maintenance practices
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
* Experience using maintenance management systems (e.g., AMT, or similar)
