About the Role:
As a Permanent Placement Consultant, you'll be responsible for building strong client partnerships, sourcing high-quality talent, and successfully placing candidates within your chosen vertical or geographic territory. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service while driving revenue and business growth.
* Generate new business and develop fresh job opportunities
* Source, qualify, and manage top-tier candidates
* Present your most placeable candidates to employers
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from first contact to placement
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence
* Minimum 1+ year B2B sales experience (or 3+ years B2C)
* Strong communication and relationship‐building capability
* High sense of urgency with a results‐driven mindset
* A passion for recruitment and a desire to help people succeed
