Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to support our Civil division in their complex Water Tank Construction Project. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday local role that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all document control activities, ensuring compliance with company processes, and supporting project teams with critical administrative functions. They will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site personnel to maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and new starter inductions
* Maintain site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll
* Assist with travel, accommodation, and training arrangements
* Manage invoicing, purchasing, and receipting of goods
* Oversee filing, record keeping, and reporting requirements
* Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables
* Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and people skills
* Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MS Excel
* Experience with high volume invoicing/purchasing
* JobPac and TimeTarget experience (desirable)
* Experience with Project Bank Accounts reporting (beneficial)
