Production Supervisor

Job Description
This is a challenging position involving the production of concrete using multiple systems and processes. The right candidate will be responsible for allocating and assigning loads to drivers, managing contractors carrying out site maintenance, and coordinating stock management and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing concrete efficiently and safely
* Managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and logistics coordination
* Ensuring the safe operation of machinery and equipment, including forklifts and front-end loaders
* Coordinating with contractors to maintain site facilities and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to other sites
* Full Australian work rights with no restrictions on hours worked or duration of employment
* A strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills
* The physical ability to perform all duties associated with the position
* Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening
