During the Crush this position operates on a continuous rotating shift roster, which may include weekends and occasional overtime. The role then switches to a day work schedule during the maintenance with RDOs most Fridays.
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrate a good understanding of rail transport operations.
* Be able to work safely and look after the safety of others.
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Be able to provide regular and accurate feedback on the operation's performance.
* Be adaptable to and support ongoing change.
* Have intermediate level of computer skills.
* Hold a manual 'C' class driver's licence.
Essential Criteria
The successful applicant will have a proven high standard of attendance and punctuality as well as the ability to work effectively as a member of a small productive team.
