Daimler Trucks Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead an established Service Department of approximately 20 team members.
Within a collaborative and results‐driven environment, you will take full responsibility for service operations, team performance, safety, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Service Department, driving performance and engagement
* Oversee all service and repair operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and turnaround targets are met
* Maintain a strong customer‐first approach, resolving issues and building lasting relationships
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
* Identify and implement practical improvements to processes and performance
* Provide clear daily oversight of workloads, resources, and priorities
About You
* Proven experience leading a service department within the automotive industry
* Confident managing teams and day‐to‐day operations
* Strong customer focus with a practical, solutions‐driven mindset
* Safety‐focused leader who leads by example
* Clear communicator who works well with senior leadership and peers
