Bakers Delight Wagga Wagga is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our bakery team. This role is suitable for someone passionate about producing fresh, high-quality baked products and working in a busy retail bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items
* Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and bakery standards
* Operate ovens, mixers and bakery equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain consistent product quality, freshness and presentation
* Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
* Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation and general bakery cleaning
* Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced bakery environment
Requirements
* Relevant baking experience or qualification preferred
* Strong knowledge of bread production and baking techniques
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as requiredReliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure
