This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive sport engagement program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that foster positive road safety behaviors and promote leadership within sporting communities.
The selected individual will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including sports organizations, agencies, and internal teams, to deliver targeted programs and activations that drive meaningful results.
A key responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless alignment between program objectives and organizational goals, requiring strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Marketing and Engagement Experience – Proven experience in marketing, communications, campaign delivery, or project management.
* Experience in sponsorship activation or sport account management is highly regarded.
* Business Acumen & Negotiation Skills – Ability to craft and negotiate agreements that drive return on investment and achieve project goals.
* Strategic Relationship Builder – Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across sports organizations, agencies, and internal teams.
