**About the role**

**Product Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for In-Store payments products and services, aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer needs and business objectives.

**Commercial Acumen**:

- Monitor and analyse KPIs, including customer segment metrics, margins, transaction value, and attrition, to identify areas for improvement in commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and finance teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify new revenue streams, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and optimise the overall payments portfolio performance.

**Product Development and Delivery**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including (but not limited to) design, engineering, sales, to define and prioritise features, ensuring timely and successful initiatives delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, creating wireframes/prototypes, conducting user testing, and overseeing deployment.
- Monitor project timelines, manage risks, and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact delivery.

**Customer Experience Optimisation**:

- Continuously analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and usability data to identify areas for improving the overall user experience.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement.
- Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimisation techniques to continuously improve user experience.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, sales teams, and customer support, to gather requirements and align on strategic objectives.
- Communicate initiative status', timelines, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
- Work with external partners and vendors, managing relationships to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and maximise the value of partnerships.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth
- Deep understanding of payment trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
