Job Overview
Position: Senior Educator at Goodstart, Wangaratta (Part‐time)
Pay: $39.85 per hour – $41.05 per hour (at least 5% above the award rate)

Key Responsibilities
* Take charge of your own room and lead a dedicated team of Educators to deliver outstanding educational programs.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences, tailoring them to meet each child's needs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma in Early Childhood or an equivalent recognized qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Victoria Working with Children Check.
