NDIS Support Coordinator & Pyschosocial Recovery Coach
The primary duty of this position is to assist individuals with disabilities in coordinating and implementing their NDIS plans. This role entails establishing a robust rapport with participants to gain insight into their circumstances and facilitating the provision of various services to ensure the outcomes align with each personalised plan.
This position also incorporates the responsibilities of a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities through recovery‑orientated practice. The role involves working collaboratively to build capacity, increase resilience, and support participants in managing their mental health and wellbeing, while navigating the NDIS.
Support coordination is a specialized function within the NDIS framework, designed to help individuals maximize and execute their NDIS plans and the associated funding. This may include connecting individuals to mainstream services, providing assistance in resolving any crises that may arise, and empowering participants to take greater control of their support journey.
Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches play a crucial role in fulfilling Asayish Comfort Care's mission and vision, delivering high‑quality NDIS services by actively collaborating with individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspiration.
