Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Cleaner to join our team at Murray Vale in the Riverina Murray Region. In this role, you will make a positive impact on our residents by providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a high standard of cleanliness and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Show empathy and understanding towards aged residents and provide quality care services
* Work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to established protocols and procedures
* Maintain knowledge of infection control and hazardous substances
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* A strong work ethic and ability to work varied shifts across different days
* An ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg)
* A current First Aid Certificate is desirable
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety principles and practices

Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will have:
* Completed a National Criminal History Check
* Undergone a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
