Our Delivery function within the Digital Bank manages the end-to-end delivery of prioritised initiatives that enhance the user experience for Personal and Business Banking. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving discovery and delivery outcomes, aligning requirements with UX and technical design, and leading virtual teams in an agile manner. You will oversee road mapping, detailed delivery planning, and cost-benefit presentations, ensuring go-live readiness and approvals. Your role will involve implementing, adapting, and evolving delivery methods and standards to achieve successful project outcomes.- What you offer
