It is an on-site role.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Service Operations: Manage part ordering, logistics, and timely delivery to support engineers in Australia & New Zealand; oversee returns to the Asian Distribution Center and assist with stock take and audits.Support Field & Customer Service: Ensure smooth execution of installations, training, maintenance, and service calls; handle call centre activities including case assignment and customer interactions.Maintain Systems & Team Collaboration: Update and manage customer and business systems (e.g., Oracle R12, Salesforce FSL); provide backup support to team members and perform other assigned duties.RequirementsMinimum Diploma certification or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.Demonstrated capability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proven ability to manage tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, including data entry, system updates, and process coordination.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Oracle ERP, Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) & Microsoft Office.BenefitsSCIEX, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
