About You
* Previousexperience as a Chairperson, Non-ExecutiveDirectoror senior executive reporting to a Board
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* An ability tooperatestrategically in complex business environments
* High levels of integrity, influence and independent judgement
* Experience within construction, industrial, engineering,manufacturingor asset-intensive sectors will be highly regarded
