Job Title: Corporate Travel Consultant
Corporate travel consultants plan and coordinate business trips for companies, ensuring that all logistical and administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
The Role You Could Play:
* Plan and organize domestic and international business trips, including arranging flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
* Manage client relationships, build trust, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and fare construction to provide the best possible solutions for clients.
* Analyse data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction.
* Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to tailor travel solutions accordingly.
You Will Bring:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel consulting, preferably with knowledge of domestic and/or international fares construction and manual self-ticketing.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
* A keen eye for detail, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills to handle complex travel scenarios.
* A bias for action, innovative spirit, and passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Sabre GDS and Tramada mid-office systems, or willingness to learn.
