Based in Geelong, Australia, we have over 400 dedicated and valued employees, allowing us to grow and produce some of the most technically advanced and highest performing wheels on the planet.What are we looking for?Partnering with the CFO, the Financial Controller will lead the highly talented Finance team that controls and manages the accounting and finance functions of the business in addition to ensuring compliance with Nasdaq, Ireland, US and Australian statutory reporting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.What you’ll doResponsible for key Nasdaq and Ireland/Aust/US statutory reporting requirements including Nasdaq requirements & reporting requirements for key debt and equity capital providers.Preparation and review of monthly management reports reporting actual Profit & Loss and cashflow against budget and forecasts for Exec and Board.Preparation of rolling 13-week cashflow and along with the Senior Manager Financial Strategy & Investor Relations. Lead the implementation of agreed financial plans and strategies.Lead and manage audit relationships and workplan.Along with CFO and Coy Sec, involved in capital raising, including grants, equity and debt transactions and management of relationships with debt and equity capital providers.Ensure the business has robust financial systems and procedures to accurately capture financial data and manage risks, including general ledger oversight and reconciliation review and ensure compliance with relevant governance frameworks, policies and standards.Ensure the business has robust systems and process for physical and intangible asset management.Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions.Ensure compliance with tax requirements including GST, PAYG, FBT, Payroll tax.Maintain up to date knowledge of any changes to legislation affecting the business and ensures compliance.Manage and supervise direct reports within finance and accounting team, ensuring optimal utilisation of staff.What you'll bringAt least 10 years of accounting experienceDegree qualified in relevant tertiary qualificationsCA or CPA qualified (mandatory), with Big 4 experience (highly desirable)Sound knowledge of Australian & US Taxation Law, IFRS Accounting Standards & PCAOB Auditing standardsExperience in Capital (debt and equity) transactions, preferably in US capital marketsExperience in process manufacturing environments (high volume) and/or automotive manufacturing (highly desirable)Experience using Oracle NetSuite ERP and PowerBIWhat’s on offerAnnual wage reviewsShare scheme opportunitiesEmployee discounts and benefitsEarly Intervention Programs to support employee health and wellbeingTraining and development opportunities for all employeesFree onsite car parkingFlexible working from home optionsNovated leasingThe successful candidate will be joining a dedicated and high performing team, committed to delivering quality results.Join Our Revolution - https://youtu.be/0c6hR2h2Ihk
