Senior Account Leader

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Woolworths business, influencing across marketing, eCommerce, finance, supply chain, category and operations.
* Drive strategic growth through insight-led account planning, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
* Execute joint business plans and category activations aligning with brand and retailer strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading end-to-end relationship management with Woolworths, fostering strong relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
* Developing and managing forecasts, spend, and profitability through pricing and promotional strategies.
* Activating and innovating, delivering joint business plans and category activations that meet brand and retailer goals.
Key requirements include:
* Proven National or Senior Account Management experience within FMCG, ideally with Woolworths or another large retailer.
* Detailed understanding of the Australian eCommerce and retail landscape.
* Strong analytical skills, commercially astute, data-driven and detail-oriented with excellent numeracy.
