Senior Analyst Energy & Renewables
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support the delivery of our global energy and sustainability strategy in APAC. This role will be part of a dynamic team leading the Equinix Energy Procurement and Sustainability program, working closely with project teams and stakeholders globally to provide strategic support and leadership.
This is a global role, requiring heavy collaboration with teams and consultants across various countries and time zones. It may involve early morning or evening calls, but we prioritize a healthy work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in renewable energy procurement, origination, or project management. They should possess broad knowledge of offsite and onsite PPAs, environmental commodities, carbon offsets, batteries, and fuel cells, as well as expertise in negotiating complex agreements.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day program and project management of key energy and renewable energy workstreams. This includes providing analytical support in assessing renewable energy PPA opportunities, managing consultant relationships, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

* Day-to-day program and project management of key energy and renewable energy workstreams

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline required
* 3+ years in renewable energy experience in procurement, origination, or project management
* Knowledge of offsite and onsite PPAs, environmental commodities (RECs, GOs, etc.), carbon offsets, batteries, and fuel cells
* Broad understanding of Power Purchasing Agreements (PPAs) in APAC, including experience with financial modeling & analysis of PPAs
* Experience negotiating complex agreements with the support of internal and external legal counsel
* Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the local and international teams within the company
* Demonstrated ability to work and learn independently, with guidance and direction from manager
