**About the Responsibilities**
- Managing the daily operations of the distribution centre and ensuring optimal service level delivery to regional warehouses and customers
- Driving operational excellence and best practice initiatives, and leading a culture of continuous improvement
- Recruiting new team members, building internal capability and providing development opportunities for the team
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships whilst providing a premium experience to customers/stakeholders
**About You**
- **At least 4-5 years warehouse management experience in a leadership capacity**:
- **Exposure to LEAN methodologies, and warehouse management systems, ideally SAP**:
- Outcome and solutions driven with solid planning and analytical skills, the ability to think strategically, and highly adaptable to change
- A curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, resilient, customer/service oriented and strong relationship skills
