**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the provision of corporate lending services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the corporate lending portfolio, including deal management and maintenance across international and domestic loans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform loan administration and maintenance on syndicate or bilateral loan facilities
* Manage lending relationships with clients, acting on enquiries relating to cash advance facilities, overdraft, bank guarantee facilities and multi-option facilities
* Facilitate and implement complex lending transactions in systems unique to institutional banking
* Ensure effective legal documentation interpretation and extraction to upload to relevant systems
* Provide all 'life of loan' support, including confirmation of CPs, first drawdowns, prepayments, terminations and general maintenance referring to the governing facility agreement for permitted requests
* Calculate facility fees, prepare invoices, peer review calculations and follow up outstanding payments as required
* Maintain effective client records within the deal management system for audit trail purposes
**Requirements:**
* Excellent attention to detail with some experience in corporate loans, corporate finance or various other advisory, accounting or analytical work
* Able to recognise and prioritise competing priorities, with experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients
* Knowledge of corporate loans, lending operations practices and processes or other analytical/audit/accounting background role
* Commercially focused with strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and analyse loan and facility agreements and perform manual calculations often via excel
* Able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a dynamic working environment, but also work effectively in an autonomous capacity
